Not having the correct file permissions created by default for Sugar causes a serious INFINITE number of issues within SugarCRM, anywhere from not reading the CSS (cascading style sheet) correctly (which just makes the layout of Sugar a complete unusable mess) to not being able to receive and view statistics, to having a ton of different error pop ups that say nothing more then -fail-, or -failed-.
